Shipping Policy
At The Cover Brothers, all of our hot tub covers are custom-built in North America to meet your specific spa needs. Once crafted, your new cover is shipped directly to your front door.
Since each cover is made to order, please allow 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, depending on seasonal demand.
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or SameDay Courier, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Once the cover has shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the courier, so we recommend monitoring your tracking information for updates.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 48 hours of purchase. A $75 cancellation fee will apply. After 48 hours, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping Coverage:
We provide free shipping on hot tub covers up to a $100 shipping cost. Most locations are covered, but certain areas may incur additional fees. If this applies to your order, a sales representative will reach out to coordinate.
